A metaphysical truth simply means what a certain reality or law of nature means for human life, its conditions, its society etc. So for example, saying arrow of time is one directional is a simple way of extracting a metaphysical truth from laws of thermodynamics or statistical mechanics. Another example is saying universe is deterministic is a metaphysical truth gleaned from classic mechanics, mostly the Newtonian laws of motion.

Once you go beyond the appearances and rhetoric, it becomes obvious that doing anything more efficiently results in productivity which leads to creating more in proportionally little time. Anything, any process, any phenomenon, any logistics that obey this simple rule of metaphysical truth gleaned from deeply rooted reality of our physical laws and priciples will succeed to create value for humans and society.
