Yet again @FedEx @FedExHelp has placed my @hungryroot order on the truck at 5:36am for delivery & yet again, it’s not here. Maybe it’ll come Monday like last time rotted & all had to go to waste. FedEx is the worst I’m going to have to cancel @hungryroothelp bc of them

@hungryroothelp No one at this company responds to emails of their unhappy customers. Sent my 1st box warm w/missing items also opened stinky fish dried out in the box with NO covering whatsoever! No phone number to call and their app is not working . Is this a scam?

@hungryroothelp - This is our delivery. It came very late at night and was left down the street under our mailbox in the rain. When I started subscribing, things were really good and they have gotten progressively worse 2 months in. Guess u only care about new subscribers?

@BenjaminMcKean @hungryroot @hungryroothelp Hello. I subscribe to your service. Today was my 2nd delivery. My box arrived with the ice packs melted and the box soaked. Out of the 4 recipes I ordered, ingredients were missing for 3 of them, along with several grocery items I had also ordered. I did receive a refund and a canned response that your company strives to do it’s best. I’m sorry, delivering half the ingredients needed to create the meals, throwing it all into the box with no separation between the refrigerated items and the dry goods and no quality assurance that everything is included doesn’t seem like the best you could do for someone who pays you for this service. The customer service rep also asked me to provide feedback to help make your company better. Well here it is: If I order 4 recipes, don’t exclude half the items needed to actually make them. A refund is fine but now I’m left scrambling to find everything needed. I pay for your service not to have to do that. If I order grass fed beef meatballs, don’t swap them for turkey meatballs. If you have a packing slip, shouldn’t someone be checking before the box is sealed that all the items on the packing slip have been included? Separate the dry goods from the ice packed items so they will stay dry. I’m sorry but it just seems like your company doesn’t really care about being the best if all these things went wrong in 1 order. Thanks for listening.
