“I knew I needed to put myself out there… but I didn’t know where to start.” That’s what Drew, founder of Free Bloom Hemp Co, told us when we connected. He’d been making hemp products for over 10 years, backed by years working in chemistry and research. But like a lot of cannabis entrepreneurs… He was running into the same wall. The products were ready. But the marketing felt unclear. And every time he thought about promoting himself, he froze. He didn’t want to sound fake. He didn’t want to turn people off. So he stayed quiet. When Drew joined our 90 day program, the goal was simple: We gave him the strategy and structure to get his message out in a way that felt natural… and start opening doors to new opportunities, including wholesale partners. Over those 90 days, Drew showed up more than ever. He had direction. He had a plan. And he knew how to share his work so the right people actually heard it. In his words: “The biggest thing I’ve gained is being more confident to start… and not shut my ideas down before they can get out to the people who may want to see them.”

Cannabis gets rescheduled. Are we letting people out of prison for it or nah?

@hunter_saab As far as the quality, yes high grade (“medical”) cannabis is much more widely available. But yes, medical means whatever they decide. Taxed and regulated. Not from your local neighborhood small business owner 😉

@CoreyBladeZ Isn’t all cannabis “medical” at this point anyway? lol Just the feds and states have their own definitions of what is what.

@hunter_saab Or nah. Correct me if I’m wrong but as far as I know not all cannabis is being rescheduled, just “medical” cannabis.

@hunter_saab Definitely not, because it was all for show, but they aren't fooling anyone.

@tu61168 Either way it still leaves the same issue…nothing changes for the people already locked up.

@hunter_saab It's only rescheduled if it requires a prescription. Everything else is likely to be banned entirely.

@hunter_saab The penalties are the same under Schedule 3 as they are under Schedule 1, they're weight and plant count based, not Schedule based. So probably not.

Cannabis didn’t confuse people. Decades of propaganda did.

I grew a cannabis page to 80,000 followers and losing it exposed everything that wasn’t working. At the time, I was making money. Some months it was around $3K to $5K. Behind the scenes, it was straight chaos. I was testing different things and I didn’t have anything consistent month to month. Then the account got wiped and I had to rebuild. This ended up happening to me 3x from 2018-2019, including the final blow on 4/20 in 2019 when I went live and was deplatformed on multiple social media platforms at once. That’s when it forced me to get really clear on how to actually make this work. I didn’t have outside investors. I wasn’t sitting on a trust fund. It was me on a laptop living overseas and traveling trying to build something from the ground up. And I realized pretty quickly that more followers was never the answer. Because if you don’t have a consistent way to monetize, more attention just gives you more moving parts to manage. Rebuilding made me focus on what actually pays, what’s repeatable, and what’s worth putting energy into long term. I see a lot of people in cannabis growing right now, but still not seeing that translate into something sustainable. Growth isn’t the issue. But it’s not going to fix this either. The number one thing I wish I knew back then? I didn’t need more growth. I needed something that actually paid me consistently. That’s what changed how I approach everything now. Get paid first. Then build. This photo was taken a few hours before the account got wiped on 4/20 in 2019. Little did I know but man I needed that reset more than I realized.

You’re sitting on knowledge people would pay for. And you’re still not getting paid. Not because it’s not valuable. Because you haven’t turned it into something people can actually buy. So you stay busy. Thinking, planning, and tweaking. Meanwhile, someone with less experience is out there getting clients. What you know doesn’t matter…if no one’s paying you for it.

If someone asks what you do in cannabis and your answer turns into a list… You didn’t make it easier to buy. You made it harder to decide.

“I don’t want to put myself out there. I’m more of a behind the scenes kinda guy.” He said that halfway through the call. Five minutes earlier, he was telling me how much he wants to change his life. See the world. Take vacations. Spend more time with his family. That’s why he booked the call. He wants to scale his remote consulting. I asked a few questions to see what he’s been doing. A lot of ideas. Real ways he could genuinely help people. But no clear way to turn that into clients. Then we got to what it would actually take. That’s when he said it. “I don’t want to put myself out there...” I stopped him. Told him straight, “Then this isn’t for you.” And I ended the call. I see this all the time. This wasn’t a strategy problem. He knew enough and had enough. He just wasn’t ready to become the person that gets paid. You can’t want that life and hide at the same time. If people don’t know you, they don’t hire you. If you don’t show how you think, they don’t trust you. That’s the part most people try to skip. Most people want the outcome…not the version of themselves it requires.

Experts in cannabis, ever notice how the conversation ends right before someone pays you? You’ve put in years to learn your craft and figured things out the hard way. So people come to you. They ask, you answer, they thank you and move on. At first you don’t think much about it… until it keeps happening. You’re putting in time and getting nothing back. It’s not because they don’t value your help, they wouldn’t ask if they didn’t. There’s just no clear process for them to pay you. So it stays casual and never turns into a client. An offer with a structured sales process is the fastest way to get paid for helping someone get where they want to be faster with fewer mistakes. That’s exactly what we’ve been helping experts in cannabis do. We transform what you already know and position it into something people will say YES to and help you land your next 4 clients. All without building out some fancy website first or dancing on social media for views. We give you exactly what you need to go from idea to paid. We’ve had people go from no offer to paying clients in 30 days. Right now, we have 1 private spot left for our 1:1 support. We only take on a few people at once so we can provide hands on feedback. We’re with you every step of the way from offer creation to validation to closing the deal. Soon we are launching the group version of The Cannabis Business Accelerator. So if you want private support, now is your chance. If you’re done being the free help desk… Message me “EXPERT” and I’ll send you the details.
