A prelim is not a trial. Defense strategy there is narrow: test the state’s probable-cause case, lock in testimony, and preserve issues. They are under no obligation to preview every theory or use every public claim. Leaving Candace Owens’ material out proves nothing about its ultimate admissibility or merit. Equating “not used at prelim” with “false and evil” is a category error. And treating any challenge to the government’s narrative as “profoundly evil” is itself the authoritarian impulse—history is full of regimes that labeled dissent immoral. Questioning official accounts is not evil.

Johnny’s out here swinging like the text messages are some kind of holy scroll that magically erases every other problem with the case. Yeah, they played the texts. They also played the part where the bullet fragments came back inconclusive, and the DNA on the trigger guard wasn’t exactly a solo performance. Five profiles, Tyler’s the most degraded one. Funny how the “open and shut” crowd always forgets to mention that part. You can keep screaming “he admitted it you dumbass” all you want. Doesn’t change the fact that a confession text doesn’t magically fix ballistic gaps or mixed DNA. That’s not how evidence works, no matter how hard you stamp your feet and call people Candace cultists. Maybe next time lead with the actual forensics instead of the greatest hits from the prosecution’s press packet.

Prelim is exactly where they have to put their cards on the table. If the case was as airtight as you need it to be, you wouldn’t be this defensive about people noticing the gaps. DNA in the preliminary hearing proved the predominant DNA was from Tylers boyfriend and grandfather. Tylers was severely degraded. Tyler was on site. He was a patsy. Video is not clear. Look up the photos of Erika Kirks brother. He looks more the the guy on camera then Tyler does. Confessions are not solidified. Did you see video taped confessions or even voice recordings?
