@hyax We follow a light SCRUM approach in our team with short but very regular stand-ins. This helped with prioritization and transparency A LOT. Also less being overrun, as we work in sprints and communicated that to our stakeholders (still doing important ad-hoc requests of course)

Don't collaborate with your data team in a "ticket system" model. It doesn't work because • analysts can't be pro-active • analysts don't get the business context • analysts don't understand why they are doing it
