Now there’s no marginal buyer left to support the token.
And as a DEX, it’s objectively one of the weakest:
Highest fees
Least listings
Auto-deleveraging issues
Already exploited through situations like POPCAT and JELLYJELLY
The token can’t be the selling point for an exchange

@hyperliquidmate @Globalflows I understand that. Microstrategy did the same thing with bitcoin but it didn’t hold back the stock. It still outpaced BTC as it went up. I just think it’s alarming that $HYPE is up 50%+ in the last week (since 5/14) and in that same period, $PURR is only up 30%

HL provided price discovery that was very accurate.
Elon - @MorganStanley and the other banks will push back - they will have a long list of reasons as to why you need to price it well below the true market value - don't fall prey to this nonsense.

In the best way possible, Hyperliquid is starting to feel like a radical online cult building a digital cathedral for global finance.
It’s amusing seeing all these centralized crypto companies buy $HYPE to signal alignment to the community as if it’s tribute.
I don’t recall this ever happening with any asset other than $BTC.
Beyond the obvious flows benefit, the practical implication here is that an increasingly wide and powerful network of people and institutions in the crypto ecosystem are all highly incentivized to make Hyperliquid a massive success.
I honestly believe this dynamic wouldn’t exist if Hyperliquid didn’t do a fair launch and rekindle crypto’s original spirit.
My bet is this will remain a compounding advantage for Hyperliquid well into the future.
