@hyxnjo @ycombinator @AdaptedApp Any plans to offer this as a home exercise plan (HEP) module for others to use? Seems like everyone builds their own video library or uses Medbridge, HEP2Go, Physitack, etc. but there’s nothing that’s easy to integrate into a care delivery stack. Looking for a solution here

@hyxnjo @AdaptedApp So clean! Small bug report the button right button has to be tapped multiple times to go back or forward. Idt it’s loading something because seems entirely dependent on how many times the button is hit. Did you make the graphics??

@theteknosaur If you're currently post-op for ACL/meniscus, I'd definitely keep following your physio's plan first. Adapted today is more geared toward prehab and non-acute issues

I sprained my left ankle 20+ times, hurt it during a ruck in the Army, went through countless PT sessions and tried every protocol. Realized being fit but fragile is still a liability.

The influencers in grind culture speak in absolutes: No alcohol, candy, sugar, etc. Super strict crazy routines Every world class athlete I know: eats some candy, drinks an occasional beer, has routines but is flexible Why? Neuroticism gets in the way of performance.
