לדעתי אנחנו לפני גמילה כואבת של סקטור התוכנה מהפריבלגיה הקרויה תגמול מבוסס מניות (SBC). כל עוד הכל ורוד ואתה יודע לייצר הכנסות חוזרות "דביקות" ומבטיח צמיחה לנצח, השוק יסלח לך אם תחלק אופציות ומניות לעובדים ותדלל שוב ושוב את בעלי המניות. ואכן זה הגיע לממדים היסטריים. קחו למשל את אטלסיאן $TEAM, החברה מאחורי Jira. ה-SBC שם (בכחול) חולני. ב-12 החודשים האחרונים הוא גבוה יותר מתזרים המזומנים החופשי של החברה (בכתום). כלומר, החברה מייצרת תזרים מזומנים, אבל מכיוון שחלק עצום מהשכר משולם דרך מניות ואופציות, החלק של בעלי המניות בתזרים הזה הזה נעלם. החברה לא באמת מייצרת עודף מזומן נקי עבור בעלי המניות. לדעתי, השוק לא יתן לחגיגה הזו להימשך בזמן שהצמיחה פחות ודאית וכשהסקטור כולו נתפס כרעיל. יש כאן הרי מנגנון שמזין את עצמו. אם החברה רוצה להעניק לעובדים אותו ערך תגמול בזמן שמחיר המניה יורד, היא צריכה להנפיק יותר מניות. יותר SBC = יותר דילול = פחות ערך למניה = יותר קושי לשמר תגמול = לחץ נוסף לדלל = ירידה נוספת במניה. אצל חברות ללא חפיר אמיתי (יצרניות הדשבורדים למיניהן) זו עלולה להפוך לספירלת מוות. אני בטוחה שיהיו חברות SaaS שישרדו את התקופה הזו וחלקן אף ימשיכו להיות רווחיות וחשובות, אבל להערכתי השוק יתמחר אותן אחרת לגמרי, כמו חברות טלקום אחרי בועת הדוט.קום. לא אופתע אם כמה מהשמות הזוהרים של השנים האחרונות ימציאו את עצמם מחדש כמניות דיבידנד סולידיות בסגנון וריזון ו-AT&T.

בשולי הדברים, גיליתי *הרגע* שיש שיבוש לשון היסטרי שבו ישראלים קוראים לסיר סוטוז (sauteuse) בשם ״סוטאז׳״ (sotage) שזה מהמם בעיניי כמו לקרוא לטרוטינט (trottinette) ״קורקינט״ וכמו לקרוא לעלי רוקט (roquette) ״רוקאט״ (Rokat) מאז האמברקס (hand break) לא היה שיבוש כזה נפלא בעיני.

@YHepstein בימים האחרונים טוויטר התחילה לתרגם אוטומטית ובדיפולט עברית לאנגלית (כמו שעשו לאחרונה עם יפנית) אני מניח שזה מאפשר לפוסטים האלה להפוך לויראליים אצל זרים שרוצים לראות את ישראל נכשלת.

אתגר לחוקרי המדיום/אמת: מאז הפסקת האש יש כמה פוסטים של יוזרים ישראלים עם כמות לייקים מטורפת. פי 30-40 וצפונה מזה ממה שהם מקבלים בד״כ. כולם עם מסר/פרשנות שישראל כשלה/נתניהו נכשל. *שיהיה ברור-היוזרים עצמם הכי לא בוטים והביקורת שלהם אמיתית לגיטימית וכנה. אבל יש פה איזה משהו>>>

@Silver4215 קשקוש יפה. בגדול צריך אירובי, גמישות ובניית שריר. חדר כושר נותן אחד מתוך השלושה. פילאטיס מנסיוני נותן שניים מתוכם.

מסקנות מהבוקר, למה פילאטיס מכשירים נחשבת פעילות נשית: - יותר מידי תרגילים בשכיבה על הבטן. לא נעים. - אפשר שלכל אחד יהיה עומס מעט שונה אבל האחרים לא יודעים איזה עומס שמת. אין לזה ניראות כמו למשקולות אז בשביל מה להוסיף עומס? חוץ מזה ההסדר של מכבי המאפשר להכנס לפעילויות שונות ב- 25₪ לפעם בלי מנוי ושטויות זה הסדר מעולה. נהנה להכנס מידי פעם עם אשתי בעלת המנוי.

To do everything you do just because Hitler wouldn't is to allow Hitler, or your notion of Hitler, to define you. Today, I saw a Japanese person making a joke about the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. A few days ago, I heard the President of the United States make a joke about the attack on Pearl Harbor. Perhaps in the days to come, we can hope to hear a Chinese man make a joke about Unit 731. To hear a German make a joke about the firebombing of Dresden. To hear an Israeli make a joke about the holocaust. Perhaps the world is starting to heal. Perhaps we are no longer allowing our worst moments to define us. Perhaps we don't need to scold ourselves about the wars of our ancestors. Or to blind ourselves to our virtues out of fear of repeating their sins. Perhaps we can create a new political ideology, based not on asking what Hitler would not do, but on asking what helps us colonize the stars.

@DanTalks1 They’re politicians.. they represent their weak leftist and Islamist voters. If they behave otherwise they’ll lose their job.

All these Euro countries pretending publicly to be standing on principles against this war. They were threatened by Iran privately if they got involved. Instead of working with their actual ally on this, all these leaders shit the bed and they decided to surrender to the most disgusting bullies and predators imaginable. They chose to be weak and chose to be prey. So now more people will prey on them, more people will abuse them, because that's how predators operate.
