Strive (Nasdaq: $ASST) acquired 72 Bitcoin bringing our total holdings to 5,958 Bitcoin.
The 72 Bitcoin were acquired using proceeds from the exercise of traditional warrants on 10/27/25.
These warrants were previously issued to investors in our May 2025 PIPE financing.

End of day Fed jitters. Nothing more, nothing less. It’s basically noise if you are a longer term oriented investor. Any significant move down today will be retraced after the Fed meeting. Some of these things are so obvious that you don’t believe them because it seems too easy.
