@KFC_UKI I have had a complaint that is a year old from stores that turn off conveniently the till scanner so they don't accept offers, and this needs an area manager as the store manager is in on the scam. Can someone reply?

@AskWithings there is no progress and it's like having two tickets - one with withings support and one with withings twitter as both result in no results - 'please wait' when i'm waiting for weeks instead of 'we will call you today' or 'we will reply today' is what is needed

@AskWithings I have spent so much money on a bodyscan and it's broken - why does withings take so long to reply to ANY support ticket? Surely some sort of priority response would be due. Also - stop saying you'll raise a ticket as they just go unanswered like previous tickets.
