I think I’ve finally found my new favorite workout split: Mon: Chest, Shoulders, Biceps Tues: Legs, Core Wed: Back, Triceps Thurs: Off Fri: Full Body (Compound Lifts) Sat: Off Sun: Off Hits all muscles TWICE a week. Each muscle gets a dedicated day a week. Compound Lifts >
