@AshTag_86 Chiropractors are ace, eased my pain levels but you usually have to get more than one treatment.

All cracked and re-aligned, immediately: - leg length correct (not that it's made much difference height wise) - lower back pain gone - generally feel looser - foot in line with knee in lunges - shoulder pain subsided All from a 30 min appointment! Get it booked.

Went to a chiropractor for the first time today. If you get the chance, definitely recommend it. Made such a difference! 🦴
