@ScotiabankHelps I have been a customer for past 6 months and got a credit card. Still awaiting scene+ rewards points. On hold with customer service for last 1hr. I am owed more than 100k points probably. Very pathetic situation overall. @ScenePlusFR

@ScotiabankHelps @ScenePlusFR I am a member of Scotiabank and scene Plus since past 6 months and I had taken the infinity credit card for the points. I have not yet received the points promised to me. Very bad customer service. @scotiabank I do not recommend this card to anyone.

@simplilearn I have been following up since forever. Raised several tickets. I am only getting emails which say "we are working on it" no resolution or end date in sight. Hope you can resolve this.
