Duncan (@FloodCapital) broke down the $SYN flywheel live for us on stream. As @SynapseProtocol generates OI, volume, and fees, that cash flow accrues to the protocol, and because Synapse is fully DAO-controlled through the token, holders can vote to route 80-90% of those earnings straight into a buy-and-burn. Don't forget that $SYN hit nearly a $1B market cap in 2021, then got left for dead. It's still extremely well distributed, 10K+ on-chain holders, with ~300K total holders estimated (per @CoinMarketCap). So a cash-flow-to-burn vote would flow value back across a base that mostly wrote the token off.
