@British_Airways@AmericanAir spent hrs going back+4th btwn your sites to select seats. 24 hrs ago I could view + pay 2 book. Now I can’t choose second leg seats (on BA) and stuck in a loop between “go to AA - go to BA - go back to AA” Can’t get anyone on call or web chat
@i_am_morango Hello Ross,
I'm really sorry to hear this! Given you a follow now, kindly send a DM and we can look into this further for you, apologies for the inconveniences.
Thanks,
Abigail.
@verynetwork currently on hold for well over 1hr. Spoken 2 3 people, each time returned to start of hold process. Ordered product @ wkend 4 next day, paid in full, fees held at my bank, told I now had to take it on credit now to get it, keep getting returned to hold cycle. 🤷🏻♂️

@addaccounting@MartinSLewis Thanks for responding. You say other years WONT be looked at, but then the grant will be likely calculated on previous 4 yrs if submitted? Totally unfair as HMRC already excluded us based on PAYE income being higher on previous years. Potentially minuscule trading profit 16-19.
@i_am_morango@MartinSLewis 19/20 will be looked at first and if eligible based on 19/20 numbers then prior years won’t be looked at but the calculation of the grant is likely to be based on all years tax returns that have been submitted in last 4 years
@MartinSLewis many still really confused on SEISS 4. If trading profits were below 50% 16/17, 17/18, 18/19, there4 excluding you from SEISS 1-3, but 19/20 return is above 50%, are you eligible on 19/20 income alone or will we be averaged on previous years that excluded us?
#MartinAndRishi@MartinSLewis
Will ppl excluded from SEISS 1-3 b eligible on 19/20 rtn alone+not averaged by previous <50% trading rtns? Rtns didn’t count be4, so shouldn’t now. Why’s it important? Single dad, Live sound engineer, industry still 100% shut £0 gvt asst received.
@pandaboy83@MartinSLewis@RishiSunak Which is grossly unfair as they’ve already denied us support on that return. Most of us didn’t have the PAYE job still there for furlough, + potentially minute trading earnings compared to 19/20. would be a real kick when we’re down to have our rejected years now considered.
Just got on the train for the first time in a year. On my way to North-East Eng (for 'security' reasons can't say exactly where) to stay in a hotel, before interviewing @RishiSunak tomorrow morning.
Strange to be outside my immediate locale for the first time in many weeks
@Chris32505580@MartinSLewis@MoneySavingExp 1000s have traded w/self employed income for yrs But had more PAYE due to freelance contracts. So were excluded SEISS 1-3. 19/20 is 1st year trading income is higher. This is the issue. If they avg we will get virtually 0 which is unfair as they excluded our earnings before
@MartinSLewis SEISS4 Q. If those who didn't qualify on 18/19 + earlier Rtns due 2 low trading against PAYE £, but now DO qualify with their 19/20 return, will they b averaged on 3 previous returns, dramatically reducing support, or just on qualifying 19/20 Rtn? #MartinLewis
@Chris32505580@MartinSLewis@MoneySavingExp SEISS 1-3 were based on avg of 3yrs. If you qualified in 18-19 they took 18/19 17/18 16/17 if traded + took an avg. 1000s of us were excluded 4 below 50% trading profit, so would hope govt only use 19/20 as they’ve already excluded us based on those tax yrs. Hoping for clarity
@Chris32505580@MartinSLewis Where did u find the clarification of not being calculated on 3yr average if you’d been excluded for SEISS 1-3 based on previous tax rtns? Criteria for other rounds was 3yr avg. Hopefully @MartinSLewis@MoneySavingExp can confirm 100% it’s 19/20 only for previously excluded
@MartinSLewis This would be yet another sickening blow to those of us, that still haven't received a single penny of govt assistance and our industries still closed. Clarity on this would be greatly received. To average incomes we were already excluded on would be another devastating blow.
@MartinSLewis What about those who didn't qualify for previous tax rtn yrs but do now? will they only be calculated on 19/20 rtns or still 3yr average which will include low trading to PAYE they were previously excluded on? Would seem unfair+detrimental to us who were desperate for support.
SEISS will now include 2019/20 tax returns (as we were told last night). Something I've been calling for and will help new starter self employed.
However I need to know if the additional year means the asssessment is over 4 years, or will be at 3. Will check after
