Not a single word from any responsible person

Problems happen, but being left in the dark shouldn't. Is there not a better way? @SW_Help’s struggle to keep people informed and on the move to their destinations is damning. 9 months into public ownership and the communication is still as broken as ever. @Heidi_Labour 🗣️
