@offbeatorbit @elle_fizzy Juries are allowed to declare someone not guilty for any reason they want. Even if someone 100% committed a crime, it is legal and in fact an intended right of the jury system that jurors can acquit someone if they don't believe the person should be charged, even if they did it.

@elle_fizzy No way he walks. Maybe the terrorism charges get dropped or his lawyer convinces the jury to give him a not guilty verdict on that, but you’re (very likely) not going to find a jury that doesn’t find him guilty on some of those murder charges like…he shot the guy on camera lol
