Don't just teach your children how to be successful, teach them how to respond when they are not successful, teach them how to handle failures and learn from their mistakes.

@acorbettn I've had a similar outcome losing 8kg in 3 months (9% of body weight) and my BP is now well within normal limits. A stark improvement and message to myself.

Three months ago my blood pressure (and whilst on Ramipril too!) was around 160/120 ie unacceptably high. Loosing 10% of my body’s weight, upping the steps from an average of 7k to 10k (daily target 12k) and knocking off the grog and et voila - my 1st diastolic in the 80s in ages
