@Airbnb Why can't I cancel my reservation and get full cash refund when the property I booked has a generous cancellation policy ? On the property listing, it said that full refund if cancellation is 14 days away. Our reservation starts on May 22.

@McDonalds Went to one in Delft. Some lady was charging 0.30 euro to use restroom even for customers. I know it's cheap but as a customer, I felt like I shld be able to at least wash my hands. Making money out of customers to use restrooms is tacky.
