Dear @kfc @KFC_India Is this your newly launched shawarma? I have already raised a complaint on your portal but haven’t received any response. When I asked the staff, they mentioned that everyone is new and not yet trained, which is why this was served to me.

I want to raise a complaint about some of the shops which are selling the product above the MRP and it is happening because of recent change in the prices . They still feel that there are still space to increase more on the price . Can you take an action on this @ITC_Cares
