You can’t detain a 5 year old child.
If a masked man grabs a kid off the street and puts him in an unmarked car… that’s kidnapping.
If that child is then sent to another state? That’s trafficking.

@broadwaybabyto when law enforcement finds an unattended child they take them into protective custody until either a parent is found or until social services takeover care for the child. Or would you rather they just left him there alone??

The agents’ lives matter too! It’s sad the woman lost her life like that—she might have been panicking, but she clearly was hitting one of the agents with her car, and out of self-defense, the agents shot. That agent would have been seriously hurt or even killed if they had not done so.
