And uber I really appreciate your effort and you put a temporary ban on him so if you can now remove ban for him

@Uber_India @Uber_Support @Cyberdost I like to inform you that 11 dec at 8 am I booked a cab from (Ryan International School) Mayur Vihar Phase 3 (Delhi) to Mds ITBP (UK) Suraj Rao (car number HR55AX6773) was my driver I called him in morning at 7:00 Am to confirm that if he is coming or not and he start manuplating us he said he will leave us in Haldwani because he don't have hill pass to go further from Haldwani to Mds Itbp and might be police will not allow him to go on location which was a lie he said he will help us to get different cab from Haldwani and there will be different person who will leave us from Haldwani to MDS Itbp i said no because i am travelling with wife and my 8 months daughter was not felling well so i want to go direct on my location then he said he will go upto Almorah I informed him again Almorah is far from location and I am travelling with my family and I need to go same destination which I selected if he don't want to go then he can cancel the trip and i will go with the different driver then he said fine he will go to destination and the real reason which I found that he don't want to comeback without passenger in return that's why he was doing wrong tactics. Then we started trip after 1 or one and half hour he stopped the car to eat something then he said I need to give him 1500 to 2000 for taxes in advance and he deduct this 1500 from the final fare then I said ok and i paid 1500 (Google pay at 9:17am) I completed my trip and we reached our location and total was 5415.21 rupees then he start rushing us asked for state taxes and tolls again come up with 3000 and he even give us time to think and start saying take to bags as soon as possible because he is getting late he need to reach haldwani before night and asked for payment of 8444 and saying i should give him 500 rupees extra because of goodwill he came from so long now he will go back without any passenger i denied for that and I paid that money 8444 (Google pay at 5:19pm). When we reach home my wife remind me he took money in the morning as well 1500 but didnt deduct from this fare then i called him at 6:55 pm and asked him that he charged me so much money and i understand toll taxes and state taxes which he asked for 3000 which still high but thats fine but he needs to return my 1500 rs which he took from me on name of advance i asked him in morning about toll taxes and state tax he said it not going to be more then 1000. I paid 3000 + 1500 for taxes only then he laughed and said sorry sir its his mistake he forgot about 1500 which he took in morning but not to worry i will send this on same number on google pay i said ok i am waiting after two hours i called him again and he said he is driving right now but he will send money then i found this very fishy i asked my wife to check all things in bag which she had then we found when we were in Haldwani in gas station he asked us to leave the car and stay in the exit he stole 8000 rs cash from my wife purse then i tried to call him third time but he didnt pick up the call now its more then a week he is not picking up the calls we tried to send him whats app message but he just seen the message and ignored. We tried to call him from different numbers but he didnt pick up the call. We registered a FIR against him as well
