sebagai pencari kerja, bingung juga sih dengan loker yang ada. beberapa loker gak mencantumkan gaji, sekalinya mencantumkan, gak sesuai ekspektasi. sementara requirements minta seabreg dan bahkan sertifikasi (yang nilainya fantastis).
beberapa waktu lalu saya nemu loker as pentester dengan wajib punya sertifikasi CEH atau setara (harganya 21 jutaan kl gak salah). wajib lho ya bukan nice to have. gajinya berapa? 8 juta doang 😀

You can see the collectivist mindset in this argument. They think that it is "The Population" which is doing the voting, rather than individuals. You are not capable of providing a strategy for The Population and The Population has no mind with which to think or choose.
The only strategies possible concern what you as an individual should choose. Not what The Population should choose. It is simply irrelevant that 50% of people picking blue is more likely than nobody picking blue. The Population is not choosing, and the hypothetical is not posed to The Population.

Le profit est utile car il symbolise deux choses : c'est la marque de l'utilisation cohérente des ressources et du véritable service rendu sur le marché à autrui. Il n'y a pas meilleur marqueur de l'efficacité économique réelle d'une activité.
Déjà, le profit permet de découvrir la vérité sur la meilleure manière d'allouer les ressources, car il permet le calcul du véritable coût d'opportunité de ces ressources. Sans profit, et donc sans perte, il devient impossible de savoir si tel ou tel projet productif vaut ses frais. Sans possibilité pour l'entrepreneur de générer des profits, la production socialiste devient aveugle, incapable de distinguer ce qui sert réellement les hommes de ce qui les appauvrit.
Aussi, le profit récompense l'entrepreneur pour deux choses essentielles que les marxistes refusent de reconnaître et qui est pourtant connu depuis longtemps : le risque que prend l'entrepreneur en avançant son capital avant même de savoir si le marché validera son pari, et le temps qu'il consacre à anticiper les besoins futurs des autres. Le profit n'est pas une "plus-value volée" au travailleur, c'est la rémunération légitime de l'attente, du risque assumé et de l'anticipation entrepreneuriale. L'entrepreneur paye le salarié aujourd'hui sur la base d'une production future incertaine, et le salarié accepte volontiers le salaire aujourd'hui car il le préfère à un profit futur incertain. Cette discordance de préférence temporelle est essentielle et centrale dans le marché, et totalement absente dans le marxisme.
Enfin, quand le marxiste dit "il n'y a pas de pertes car elles sont définies par les besoins sociaux", il résume sans le savoir l'absurdité de toute sa doctrine et pourquoi celle ci termine inévitablement en malheur pour l'humanité. Qui définit "les besoins sociaux" ? Personne ne peut le faire, parce que les besoins économiques réels ne sont pas une donnée objective qui attendrait gentiment quelque part qu'on vienne la collecter. Ils n'existent que dans la tête de millions d'individus, sous une forme dispersée, subjective, contextuelle, en partie tacite, et perpétuellement changeante.
Le profit, c'est la liberté. La perte, c'est la découverte de ce qui ne marche pas, donc de la vérité. Supprimez les deux, profit et perte, et il ne vous reste plus que la pénurie organisée et le mensonge institutionnalisé.

Dia membuang yang baik dari orde baru: Repelita, industrial policy, pertumbuhan ekonomi yang stabil, pembangunan infrastruktur masif, kepedulian dan subsidi negara ke pendidikan... Tapi malah ga menghapus masalah sesungguhnya rezim orde baru: - Elit yang super korup dan KKN - Cukong-cukong yang rakus dan terbiasa melanggara hukum - Aparatus bersenjata yang politis, korup dan tidak profesional - Institusi hukum kuno (mayoritas warisan kolonial) yang penuh ketidakpastian, tidak memihak rakyat dan sulit ditegakkan - Rakyat yang kurang terdidik Walhasil, ketika demokrasi liberal dengan sistem one man-one vote, kita terapkan. Bukannya makin bagus institusi politik, malah makin hancur. Suara2 rakyat yang kurang terdidik kini bisa diatur oleh uang dan algoritma. Elit-elit korup makin leluasa merampas ekonoomi karena tahu rakyat ga akan menghukum mereka di pemilu. Aparatus bersenjata makin sering masuk ke dunia sipil karena diperlukan elit2 itu untuk menjaga aset mereka. Hukum yang tidak imparsial hasil warisan kolonial Belanda, membuat elite-elite dan aparatus itu tidak bisa dihukum kapok dan jera. Maka makin hancurlah Indonesia. Apa yang kita lihat sekarang ini.. adalah hasil dari kesalahan punggawa reformasi 1998 yang gagal mengatasi masalah utama orde baru.. Apa bila kita rangkum, masalahnya satu: Kegagalan membangun institusi politik yang baru dan bersih serta lepas dari warisan orde baru (dan orde lama).
