@NPCI_NPCI you need to tighten your grip on TPAP for UPI related issues. @HDFCBank_Cares requires LRN for the transaction and @PhonePeSupport provided me 2 different LRNs for the same transaction. Transaction failed on 17 Mar. No refund even after 2 weeks.

@traumatizerr Well, that’s what happens when someone comments without really thinking it through. Have you ever transported your car from one city to another via a carrier truck? It’s a pre-requisite to provide the vehicle documents, since authorities check them while crossing state borders.

🚨 FASTag has a MASSIVE security loophole & nobody is talking about it. Today, literally anyone with access to your car & RC can get a NEW FASTag issued on your vehicle in THEIR name & mobile number. No OTP. No owner authorization. No consent from the actual vehicle owner. The moment that happens? Your existing FASTag gets blacklisted/deactivated instantly under the “One Vehicle One FASTag” policy. That’s exactly what happened to me. I’m currently transporting my car from Mumbai to Delhi & handed over the vehicle to the transporter’s driver on Saturday. He casually asked me if there was balance in the FASTag. Next morning, I received a message from ICICI saying a new FASTag had been activated on my vehicle & my existing FASTag would be deactivated. Within minutes, it was blacklisted/deactivated. Honestly, God knows what the plan even was. Maybe he thought the balance would transfer. Maybe he wanted to misuse it during transit. Maybe something worse. The scary part? The system ALLOWED this without a single authorization from the actual vehicle owner. The NETC FASTag portal was down the entire day. After 4+ hours of calls, ICICI finally told me the new FASTag was issued via Airtel Payments Bank. Later, I checked the Airtel Thanks app & guess what? The FASTag had been registered by the SAME driver who took the car. This is where things become ridiculous. Airtel Payments Bank support told me THEY cannot close the FASTag unless the person who activated it calls them personally. Read that again. The actual vehicle owner has ZERO control over the FASTag - but the person who fraudulently activated it does. The NHAI helpline at 1033 was equally useless. No emergency block. No fraud handling. No owner protection mechanism. So if someone activates a FASTag on your car, you’re basically stranded. How is this acceptable infrastructure for something linked to a vehicle owner’s identity & movement? This is no longer just a scam. It’s a massive security vulnerability in the FASTag ecosystem. NPCI/NETC urgently needs mandatory owner authorization. At the very least, mandate OTP verification from the registered vehicle owner before ANY FASTag change is approved. This needs immediate attention, @NPCI_NPCI @FASTag_NETC. Pathetic support, zero accountability, and absolutely no protection for the actual vehicle owner while someone else fraudulently took control of the FASTag. That should never be possible, @ICICIBank @airtelbank.

Samsung service is becoming a joke these days. Even if you have a valid bill and the original box, they still ask for the purchaser’s Aadhaar card just to provide warranty support. Recently, I sent a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 to the service centre for a software issue, and they demanded an Aadhaar card. The device was purchased under a shop/business name so how exactly is someone supposed to provide an Aadhaar linked to a business purchase? On top of that, they still charged ₹350 despite the bill and all proofs being completely valid. Brands seriously need to learn customer service from Google.

A Rant of 10 pro+ user 😭🤬. Some of you might be aware of the vpn issue on hot spot of realme 10 pro+. It was fixed but later introduced in Realme UI 6.0 again. VPN is slow on hotspot. Today I came to know about another issue in my Realme 10 pro+. 1/2

@SavageAryan007 I have been using hotspot for work a long time. Realme hotspot is real slow for VPN. Even iQOO Z7pro's hotspot is unpredictable. I cannot access 1 client network via VPN but the other one works. Irony is VPN works on 4G mobile on jio. This must be included in the mobile reviews.

@encoword vivo, the drastically cheaper price, especially offline, plays in its favour. For Reno 15 Pro mini prices, we can get X200T which is far superior to that phone if you ignore 6.3 inch.

@KommawarSwapnil I can vouch for this. In union bank, they asked me absolutely zero questions and immediately closed the account on the same day. Meanwhile in a private bank, supposedly the number 1 private bank of India, I was begged to not close the account.

You walk into a private bank and ask to close your account. Suddenly the staff tries everything to stop you discounts, coupons, vouchers, better offers. They want to retain you. Now try the same in a public sector bank. You ask for account closure. They process it almost instantly. No persuasion. No retention effort. Just paperwork.
