Hi @MSArenaOfficial @Maruti_Corp booked the new Swift at one of dealers and they are forcing a charge called DPC (dealer processing charge/ handling charge) and won’t waive it off no matter how much I mention the illegality of it. Kindly guide where to complain for a resolution.

Hi @JioCare, the STB at my parents house isn’t working. Did basic troubleshooting to no avail. Called your customer care but they refused to send anybody for help and instead offered to troubleshoot via phone. You are expecting aged people to fix a technical problem.

I still don't know how PM Modi has closed his eyes. Can't he see the pathetic treatment of working middle class in terms of income tax rates? Does he get any ground report, the problems of taxpayers? First didn't change the Finance minister even after so much anger accross country then now increased capital gains tax LTCG and STCG without giving any significant relief in tax slabs. Setback in 2024 election wasn't enough for him I think, he wants to make sure this Govt gets thrown out of power asap.
