@grange_head I’ve sacked mine off too. Far too soon after framework and Ofsted. Rather focus on the SDP and build up SEF over time. Feels nice!

I was planning on updating the SEF for FGB next week. We're not "in the window", and with the new framework just being released, I'm thinking to not bother. Would you write a SEF, or wait for the new framework to hit the ground first?
