I have submitted two complaints through the BESCOM Mithra app. One was closed without any response or resolution. The other has been assigned for over a week, yet no action or update has been provided. The level of service is disappointing. @NammaBESCOM @BescomHelpline

Dear @iamkencha, Delighted to see your heartfelt appreciation notes about the transformative changes you and your family have witnessed on the sacred seven hills of Tirumala. Chief Minister Sri @ncbn's vision for a cleaner administration has indeed borne fruit, with notable improvements in the overall cleanliness, taste, and quality of Anna Prasada, Laddu Prasada, and the darshan process. The new TTD Board, guided by the Hon'ble CM, has put its focus on prioritizing the needs of devotees who come to the holy hills from far and wide. We're already working on addressing areas that require improvement, including enhancing bus services and streamlining accommodation allocation, as you've rightly pointed out. Looking forward to your next visit, when I hope you'll experience even more positive changes.
