Got a call from Apollo Pharmacy today. “Sir, you have 2,000 reward points expiring.” “Ok but I’m not sick?” “Sir, if you buy medicines worth ₹1,500, you can redeem them.” “But I don’t need any medicines. I’m perfectly healthy.” Silence. Then he says: “Sir, let me know whenever you fall sick.” Bro just wished me illness so I could save ₹200. This is what happens when you put a loyalty program on MEDICINE. The business model literally needs me to be unwell. Imagine Dominos calling and saying “Sir let me know when you get hungry.” At least that makes sense. Apollo out here praying for my illness. Literally. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Given the fact that India is such an attractive market for large GenAI companies like Anthropic , OpenAI, Microsoft and Google, I still don't understand what right Sarvam has to win. It's great that it has Government support, but will that be sufficient? Please educate me
