Gratitude is not enough for the 18,000 new followers who joined me this week. Thank you. But for those new here, understand this: today’s Navy admirals love repeating Captain Lawrence’s immortal line, “Don’t give up the ship.” I used to love it too. Then came January 12, 2016, when the commander of two U.S. Navy boats allowed the IRGC to board, seize his crews, and humiliate the United States on camera. The IRGC celebrated our humiliation. Since that day, I have repeatedly condemned on X every US Navy admiral who utters those words without shame. Not just for presiding over the command culture that made that surrender possible, but for failing to stand up to President Obama when he refused to respond with force. I have repeatedly called for every “Don’t Give Up The Ship” flag to be removed from every Navy installation on earth until the U.S. Navy earns the right to fly it again. I know I'm jsut one voice. I know I don't have the right or priveledge to take away or restore any priveleges. But... Yesterday... IMHO... one U.S. Navy submarine earned that privelge back. Not just for themselves but for the entire US Navy. Bravo Zulu, U.S. Navy. 🇺🇸DON'T GIVE UP THE SHIP🇺🇸

@MathMatize Oftentimes in AI, the simplest solutions (when scaled up) work the best. Having too much math in your ML can lead to more complicated, less scalable results
