Thomas the Presbyter. Most serious academics know exactly who he is. And never discuss him. Why? He is one of the few 7th century eyewitnesses from the 602 to 640 period whose accounts survives. So what is the problem? He tells us the Arab Conquests came out of the Levant led by Muhammad himself, and it was Muhammad himself who liberated Syria, Iraq, Iran, Egypt, and Palestine from the 2 thoroughly discredited empires of Rome and Sassania whose rulers had torn both empires apart in religious schisms with religious police and forced conversions on top of the Apocalyptic War of 602 to 628 that the Quran references. This contradicts the entire Hadith Corpus which itself is contradictory and whose authors outright state they have no clue what is true and they are a political project. Thus Muslim Scholars upholding the Hadiths also don't touch Thomas' works, even though the Quran warns 22 times not to accept any Hadiths but the Quran and doesn't support the later Hadith Narratives. Thanks to Thomas' account, we know Muhammad led the Arab Liberation of the Levant from 2 tyrannical regimes that had long since discredited themselves and was alive as late as 640 CE. For too long "Mainstream" Scholars have viewed the 7th century through 8th and 9th century sources that all contradict each other and the Quran, and not through the actual 7th century sources we actually have, the rock inscriptions, the Papyri Records, the Codex Parisino‑Petropolitanus which is the earliest Quran we actually have before vowels and diatrical marks were added, the earliest Qiblahs of the first Masjids all pointing at Petra, in Jordan, the coinage, and what the Quran actually says vs what the Hadiths claim. @ArmchairW @babywhitemonkey

If you admit this catastrophic war is the result of Israeli influence, what does the specific mechanism of influence really matter? It's only relevant for tactical reasons. The prescription is ultimately the same: purge the country of their influence.

Blackmail rings, threats, lobbying, media capture, academic control, familial networks, business/finance – they have endless levers to pull. These all have to be eliminated. They focus on Epstein because it sounds so evil they can appeal to common sense to deny it.

It's as if the British political and media class are instructed to have an anti-Islam stance at every opportunity possible resulting in them outright embarrassing themselves. Thank God we have to pray behind men. It preserves our dignity and ensures focus. Traditional Christians and orthodox jews do the same and it makes total sense.

Kinda weird that the Treasury Secretary is providing War briefings, don't you think? Also, their version of "totally destroyed" and mine must be completely different.
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent@SecScottBessent

America is firmly in control of the Iran conflict, and we have demolished Iran’s capability for aggression. @POTUS, @SecWar, and General Caine are spearheading our campaign to destroy all fortifications along the Strait of Hormuz.

Gee, really. A look at the actual results would have told you that the USN was combat ineffective and not built to fight the actual war we do have and that the USAF and IAF simply could not sustain combat sorties of 3000+ a day after Iran smashed up their staging grounds and ground control radars. All of this was predicted back in 2002 when I was still in High School. CC: @ArmchairW

Today I had four books open, all my notes & a dozen AI agents doing hard research. My conclusion? The vast majority of takes on X regarding the shipping crisis & Hormuz were wrong 2 weeks ago Today every single account I read is wrong about something important. Every one. Including me.

Yes, and back in 2002, every general knew we would lose the fucking war because Iran spent the 90s building up a massive missile and drone arsenal they could not stop from destroying a quarter of the world's energy. And this was in a time when the USN could put 5 carriers in the Gulf and deploy 250,000 troops like it was nothing. Starting the war now and under a false flag of parley that killed a moderate who was reluctant to fight no less, just signed the death warrant for Israel and the US economy plus the millions of excess death that are now baked in for US citizens. Everyone has the reason why the strikes happened against Iran wrong. There has long been persistent effort by some in DC to strike Iran. They succeeded this time because the dissenting voices were sidelined (e.g. maritime interests), silenced (anti-war Trump admin), paid off (big oil with Venezuela), are weak (Europe), interests suddenly align (AI looking for cheap domestic energy), discredited (think tanks), defunded (USAID NGOs) or no just longer care.

🇮🇷Iran may be doing much more than merely defeating the empire. Iran may be freeing humanity from the techno-titans and their AI matrix of enslavement. The coming energy crisis could potentially crash the AI bubble and devastate the AI empires of the prancing techno-twinks.

As a US taxpayer, I refuse to be on the hook for the eventual losses that will ensue from this vapid policy of selling oil futures. I'll go further and declare this an act of spending without appropriation by Congress, and therefore illegal. The people who authorized this should be personally held responsible.

95 TO 99% OF ALL GLOBAL INTERNET TRAFFIC FLOWS THROUGH UNDERSEA CABLES AND IRAN JUST THREATENED TO CUT THEM Read that again. Not satellites. Physical glass fiber cables sitting on the ocean floor at 200 feet depth. ZERO protection. 30% of the world's internet passes through ONE chokepoint: the Strait of Hormuz. 20+ cables run through the active war zone RIGHT NOW. Trump gave Iran 48 hours to reopen Hormuz — or he obliterates their power plants. Iran's response: Touch our grid, we cut the cables. The Houthis already proved it works — they hit Red Sea cables earlier in this conflict. Iran watched. Iran learned. Banking. Cloud. Crypto. Communications. Financial markets. ALL of it runs through those cables. This isn't a cyberattack. It's a SCISSORS attack — and the world's internet has no backup plan.
