Anyone got a method for trying to convert western data (band densitometry) into some akin to ‘specific activity’ for protein production over a bacterial growth curve. Maybe we can just divide the densitometry by the Log of the OD?? Sorry, I’ve forgotten all my basic biochem 😳

Introducing Dr. Ana Almeida @ana_salmeida, our R&D Director. Ana completed her PhD in Microbiology and Immunology in the laboratory of Prof. Philippe Sansonetti, at Institut Pasteur, in 2012. She then moved to NY to do a postdoc at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. #WomenInScience
