Just telling people they slept poorly led to impaired cognitive function. Telling them they slept fine preserved it.

strongly believe:
1. we should all be maximally capturing longitudinal data about ourselves (sleep, blood tests, etc)
2. we should be looking at the results as infrequently as possible
in fact, it ruins the daily gamification that makes oura so powerful, but i’ve long thought seeing your daily sleep score should be a paid feature and it should default to only aggregated (monthly?) stats

When I see posts like this I assume most of these people have never lived a full enough life especially digitally
I am currently trying to recover lost messages using phone forensics

A well structured personal agent should - work through iMessage primarily - require very little manual intervention - have dedicated skills for each specific workflow you care about - run self cleaning and organizational tasks on its own - route models intelligently It actually takes a good amount of engineering to get even the best model frameworks to run smoothly and in a way that doesn’t require endless back and forth This is still an engineers game, which means we are SO early
