@airtelindia I along with everyone in my area is not able to access WiFi since 3 days. Generally when there is a small fault, I could raise a complaint & resolution is fast - you’re doing good. The automation keeps pushing resolution time by 6 hours. Not a good experience tbh.

@flipkartsupport Its been more than a week and there has no progress been made. I get called every 4 days just to be told that I will be contacted again in 24 hours. Highly disappointed.
