A very sad loss for the community. I had only a few interactions with Hari, the last being just a few weeks ago. My husband, who loves rallying, always spoke about Hari with such admiration and fondness. He was truly a legend of Indian motorsport and inspired so many. We have also lost Arjuna Awardee sailor Mahesh Ramchandran, an outstanding sportsman who brought great pride to the country. Two remarkable individuals from two different sporting worlds, both leaving behind legacies that will be remembered for years to come. My heartfelt condolences to their families and loved ones. May their souls rest in peace and may their families find strength in this difficult time

Kamlesh Tiwari was murdered in Lucknow on October 18, 2019, by Islamic fundamentalists. For a long time, the administration and courts failed to award the death penalty to the perpetrators. The fundamentalists felt the impotent system could not harm them, and exactly 2 years, 8 months, and 10 days later, they murdered Udaipur tailor Kanhaiyalal in the same manner. Even then, the administration and judiciary failed, emboldening the fundamentalists. Exactly 3 years, 7 months, and 30 days later, on February 27th, they stabbed former Muslim Salim Wastik in the neck and liver, severely injuring him. He too is battling for life. What is the reason that the government, which calls itself the Hindu Hriday Samrat, and My Lord, who is bewildered by allegations of corruption, start whining and whining as soon as their cases come to light?

Your grandfather Edwin Lutyens wasn't just an "architect", he was a nasty racist. 1. Your Grandfather seeing an indian labourer thought Indians should be "reduced to slavery & not given rights of man at all & beaten like brute beasts & shot like maneaters" 2. The thought of an Indian rajah dancing with a white woman disgusted him as he was black skinned. 3. Your grandfather Lutyens was also disgusted at the thought of sharing space with Indians. If Indians occupied a carriage that carriage became unfit for him. 4. He called Indians from Madras as "scallywags(rascals) - aweful,degenerate and dark skinned" You should be happy Indians didn't knock that bust of your grandfather off with a hammer. The audacity to even demand that racist's statue to be adorned here.

Sad to read that the bust of Lutyens (my great grandfather) is to be removed from the presidential palace he designed in Delhi. Here I am with it last year. I wondered at the time why his name had been removed from the plinth.

What a shame that the common person feels there is no law or justice. This appears to be a clear case of intentional wrongdoing how could something like this happen, and how could the authorities allow it? This certainly doesn’t reflect a Vishwaguru situation for people like us
