For the 3rd time in my @FitbitUK ownership my device stopped working just outside the warranty window. Troubleshooted blank screen with support & they can't fix it. Each time I get offered a discount last time it was 50% and this time it's 35%, but not on latest device. It sucks!

@GilletteUK when I turned 18 you kindly sent me a razor. I went on to use your products exclusively for 26 years. I tried @harrys last year, but I can't use their razor on my head so it's limiting. I turn 45 on Thursday, and wondered if you fancy getting another 26 years loyalty?

We're into a new year, and in spite of a response on Christmas Eve @bookingcom have failed to progress my complaint.

@Specsavers a big fail in Rochdale has brought my daughter to tears at Christmas. Earlier in the week we made an appointment to collect her new glasses this morning. The store is closed! One very disappointed young lady with no new glasses for Christmas.
