The largest open library in human history, Anna's Archive, has been ordered to pay Spotify and the three largest record labels on the world $322 million. The defendant has not appeared in court and is not going to. The site is still up with two backup domains standing by and there's nothing the censors can do. Anna's Archive currently holds 63 million books, 95 million academic papers, and 1.1 petabytes of mirrored torrents. It is free. It is searchable. It is run by a pseudonymous person nobody has identified after four long years of searching. In the four months since the music industry filed the first of three coordinated lawsuits, the library has lost six domain names and added two million books to the catalogue. The cartel is suing it faster every month, and it is growing faster every month. In December, Spotify and the major labels filed. In January, OCLC, the company that runs WorldCat, won a default judgment of its own. On March 6th, thirteen of the largest book publishers in the United States, including HarperCollins, Penguin Random House, Simon and Schuster, Macmillan, Hachette, Elsevier, Wiley, and McGraw Hill, filed a third lawsuit in the same federal court. The publishers' complaint runs to seventy-four pages. They call Anna's Archive a "brazen pirate operation." They call it "an illegal supplier of stolen content to the AI industry." The same publishers are simultaneously suing Anthropic, Meta, OpenAI, and NVIDIA for training their models on the same corpus the publishers want Anna to destroy. The cartel argues, in two parallel federal courts, that the corpus cannot be used by anyone. Not the pirate who built it. Not the AI company that downloaded from it. Not the graduate student who pulls a paywalled paper from it at two in the morning. Anna did not respond to any of the three complaints. Anna has never responded to any complaint. Anna is a name on a blog and a public key on a server and a person, or maybe several people, in a jurisdiction nobody has identified after four years of searching. The judgment is uncollectable. The permanent injunction binds Cloudflare, Public Interest Registry, Njalla, the Switch Foundation, Tucows, and nine other named intermediaries. The Greenland registry is not on the list. The Greenland registry has not complied. The site currently lives at .gl, with .pk and .gd standing by. The corpus has always moved faster than the censor. The censor has always called the corpus piracy. The corpus has always survived the censor by becoming the readers themselves. The publishers' lawsuit cannot reach the torrents. The torrents are already seeded across continents and IPFS nodes and personal NAS drives owned by people the publishers will never find. The default judgment is paper. The corpus is everywhere. The cartel will win every lawsuit but they will lose the war. The publisher who walks into court next month with a fresh filing will be filing against a defendant who has, in the time since the last filing was sealed, mirrored another half million books to another seven hundred volunteers in another forty countries. There is no defendant to find. There is only the next upload. It is already seeding.

US fertility rates just hit another record low In 2025, the US general fertility rate fell to 53.1 - the lowest level ever recorded Japan, South Korea, and Germany have already been shrinking for years. Japan has been shrinking for years, South Korea’s population has already started to decline, and Germany would be shrinking without immigration Now the UK joins them - deaths will outnumber births every single year starting in 2026 No economy grows without people No pension system survives without young workers No culture persists without families having children This is the slowest civilizational crisis in human history

From this angle you can clearly see part of the puck still touching the red paint Is this the worst goal call in NHL history?

The entire country of Canada and the Edmonton Oilers can say what they want… our stars for the Anaheim Ducks are better than your stars! Jackson Lacombe, Leo Carlsson, Cutter Gauthier, Beckett Sennecke, etc have proved they are better than McDavid, Draisaitl, Bouchard, and Nurse

"The issue I have with this is I don't understand how you can say that puck is completely crossing the goal line. There's no official behind the net there." The Hockey Central Panel discusses the Game 4 OT winner in Anaheim

Peter Thiel and Elon Musk want the right pre-occupied with “owning the libs” and the left pre-occupied with “triggering conservatives”, so that we will fight each other while they build a digital prison system with our money. Don’t fall for it. It’s all manufactured bullshit. The goal from the left and the right should be to defeat the technocrats. it’s 1000 people versus 8 billion, not 4 billion vs. 4 billion. The sooner people figure that out, the sooner we can shutdown the ongoing enslavement.

🚨 “WHAT THE F*CK IS GOING ON?” — KATIE COURIC WARNS 17 CANCERS ARE SKYROCKETING… AND NO ONE CAN EXPLAIN WHY Katie Couric says doctors are now seeing something they can’t ignore: • A 21-year-old with stage 4 colorectal cancer — no family history • Patients in their 20s, 30s, 40s being diagnosed late… already metastatic • 17 different cancers increasing among people under 50 And even specialists are struggling to explain it. Possible factors being discussed: • Ultra-processed food • Microplastics + “forever chemicals” • Antibiotic overuse • Environmental exposure Couric: “It’s not just lifestyle… something is going on.” And the most unsettling part? Many cases are being caught too late. So what changed? What do you think is actually behind this spike?

Universal HIGH INCOME via checks issued by the Federal government is the best way to deal with unemployment caused by AI. AI/robotics will produce goods & services far in excess of the increase in the money supply, so there will not be inflation.

Destroying the @InternetArchive's @WayBackMachine would be the equivalent of the burning of the Library of Alexandria - one of the worst losses of knowledge in history. Media giants are now threatening to do this. We can't let this happen. Pass it on.

This is a disaster for him and crypto investors and users. Experts claiming to use blockchain analyses can frame someone unjustly.
Aaron Day@AaronRDay

Secret software just sent a man to prison for 12.5 years. No evidence. No proof. Just a black box algorithm that nobody can audit. Roman Sterlingov wanted to be a pilot. He flew to LAX to pursue his dream. Instead, he got arrested and convicted based on Chainalysis software that has no published error rate, no peer review, and no independent verification. The government paid this $8.6 billion company over $10 million to provide "evidence" that exists only in their proprietary code. Here's what they didn't have: No server logs. No private keys. No communications. No confession. Nothing on his devices. When competitors ran the same blockchain data through different software, they found zero evidence he operated Bitcoin Fog. The "expert" admitted under oath she wasn't aware of any scientific evidence the software actually works. The prosecutor who convicted him? Now works at Chainalysis. The company that bought the IRS investigators' firm? Did it 5 months after Roman's arrest. They ordered him to forfeit $395 million when he only had $1.8 million. This is technocracy infiltrating our courtrooms, where secret algorithms can destroy your life without any way to challenge them. Mike Hassard and Tor Ekeland join us to expose this nightmare case that threatens everyone who uses cryptocurrency. Mike spoke at Monerotopia where Ray Youssef was grabbed by US agents. Tor is Roman's appellate attorney fighting to overturn this Kafkaesque conviction. The oral argument happens May 12 at the DC Circuit. This is the test case for whether black box evidence can imprison Americans. You can fight back. Support Roman's appeal at freeroman.org. Demand pardons for crypto prisoners at day2026.com/prisoners. Show up at Enemies of the State on May 23 in Grand Rapids. Contact your representatives before May 12. Share this episode at the Bitcoin Conference April 27-29. The technocracy wants you silent and compliant. We choose defiance. Watch live Thursday, April 16 at 6PM ET: youtube.com/watch?v=_855Gz…

President Trump has gone mad as he wages war against Iran, a broken campaign promise. I fought alongside Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Candace Owens, and Alex Jones to help get Trump elected. And now he goes off on a rambling rant attacking all of us in one post. We NEVER changed, Trump did. AMERICA FIRST!!! 🇺🇸
