Further to family comments on X. Sadly my very ill mum passed away while I was out of the country. Certain members of my family are having trouble excepting her wishes and their comments for my feelings for my mother are disgusting. I have reported these hateful comments

@RCTCouncil What happens to the extra allowance scheme? Currently we can place 1 bag (with a sticker) every fortnight. How many extra bags can we now put out every 3 weeks please?
