We have held discussions with an International Finance Corporation delegation led by Regional Director for Europe Ines Rocha on the attraction of additional investment into energy sector projects. Particular attention was paid to the urgent need for critical equipment to restore infrastructure destroyed by russia, as well as the possibility of expanding financial instruments for immediate equipment procurement. IFC officials congratulated Naftogaz on the election of its renewed Supervisory Board and noted the international expertise of its members. The main topic of discussion was the agreement on IFC advisory services for the sustainable economic development of Naftogaz Group. Separately, we discussed in detail the completion of the current heating season and the measures that Naftogaz, together with the Ukrainian Government, is taking to prepare for the next winter season.
