@HBLCare I’ve called the helpline many times, emailed customers.complaints@hbl.com, submitted a written complaint at my branch, and even DMed HBL, but it’s been 9 days and still no solution. Very disappointing and pathetic service. Please HBL resolve my issue ASAP. (2/2)

@HBLPak Ek hafty se bad b, written application k bawjud resolve nahi hua. bar bar call kiya, DM bhi kiya lekin koi jawab ya solution nahi mila. Itna bura customer service experience kisi aur bank ka nahi dekha. HBL look into the matter. (2/2)

@HBLPak ki customer service sab se ghatiya tareen hai. Mere account mai koi financial activity nahi hui but HBL ne suspected fraudulent activity keh k HBL App block kardi hai. Ab is problem ko brach wale call center or call center branch par dal rahy hain. (1/2)
