@BamaCoachWiley @CoachRick_INK I think @iggydotcom put it together. I like it cause it shows that coaches on all levels (including P4) are developing athletes left and right, everyday! No athlete comes ready made, coaches be coaching their asses off!

I’ve seen this graphic floating around (credit to who made it) and it’s crazy how good the NCAA indoor track meet is. One of the best meets in the world each year! Coaches, parents and recruits - this is what it takes.
