When I’m working with AI agents, I spend most of my time reviewing changes. Not individual commits. Not unstaged files. The only thing I care about is the full diff between my branch and main. What changed? What files were touched? That’s it.
I wrote a little @cursor_ai / @code extension last night to help me out.

@lukal_x Ruby <3
Depends on where things go of course.
All the languages we have today were optimized for humans. LLMs will change our incentives. Languages, or whatever comes after this, will follow.

Last week our team organized a unconference.
We split into groups, picked our own topics, and talked for hours about data privacy regulations, DevOps automation, AI agents for observability. Just people in a room who actually care about the stuff they work on every day.
It was one of the best events we’ve hosted.

The best conferences have no speakers
Conferences spend enormous energy on production value. Better AV, bigger venues, famous speakers. None of that matters if the format prevents the most valuable thing from happening: people connecting with each other around problems they actually have.
The best insights I've ever gotten from a conference didn't come from a polished 45-minute keynote. They came from a 20-minute conversation in a circle of chairs, where someone said "we tried that and it failed, here's why" and someone else said "interesting, we had the opposite experience."
That's where the real knowledge lives. In the gaps between what people are willing to say on stage
and what they'll say when they're just talking to peers.

@ryancarson Wow, looks great! I'm reading the docs atm, can I run it on a VPS, or it has to be run locally?

Wanted to deploy @openclaw to @Hetzner_Online, but got reminded that basic security hardening of a VPS manually is PITA.
Hardening a new server shouldn't take more than 10 seconds. I build a utility for it. Check it out:

🔒 Disables root login and password authentication for SSH.
🔒 Sets up a non-root app user with sudo privileges.
🔒 Installs and configures UFW firewall.
🔒 Installs and configures fail2ban to protect against brute-force attacks.
🔒 Sets up SSH key authentication using your GitHub SSH keys.

We’re hiring at SuperPlane.
DevOps is getting harder, not because people got worse, but because systems got more complex. AI changes the shape of the problem again. We’re building from first principles.
If you like small teams, hard problems, and work that compounds, we’re looking for:
– Senior Software Engineer
– Lead Frontend Engineer
– Applied AI Engineer
