@TheRealZephryss It didn’t change that much for me. Buttons are still laggy especially in combat. I struggle to press R1 or L1 to parry or guard. The game needs more polishing because it is one of the best games out there atm.

How would you rate Crimson Desert after the latest patch? Has it improved your experience or made it worse?

@SynthPotato One thing they really need to fix is lights and shadows. Light reflecting on walls and other places takes time to render and makes annoying to see white flashes every now and then.

Crimson Desert just got a massive patch that fixes the biggest bugs and adjusts many of the biggest complaints about the game The speed they’ve patching this game is insane. Here are the main highlights: - Added storage box, you can finally store items at the Greymanes camp, unlocked in chapter 3 - Keyboard and mouse controls have been adjusted massively, for controller, inputs like jumping are now more responsive - Added more fast travel points around the map - Many boss fights and encounters were made easier - Knowledge takes less time to gain - Force palm is now learned much earlier in the story - It is now faster to chop down trees - Ores, collectibles and bonfires are now discovered automatically when near them - Improved camera movement when aiming a bow at a brazier and adjusted the range for lighting arrows accordingly. - Added effects for damaging structures at enemy strongholds, destroying the infirmary for example results in wounded enemies no longer returning - Improved the visuals for many puzzles - Lantern range is increased for clues These devs are FAST!

Crimson Desert Tips & Tricks #1 🟢 Fully explore Hernand first to get stronger before venturing out. Do not rush into new areas early on. Enemies do not scale to your level; they are region-based. 🟢 Food serves as your healing in this game. Always carry a stack for boss fights and difficult encounters. A great early option is the Clear Soup recipe found at the Greymane Camp. 🟢 Complete faction quests to earn inventory expansions. Also, check merchants for one-time bag upgrades. You can safely sell recipes you have already learned, as well as early gear you are not using. 🟢 Focus on upgrading all your gear to level four initially. This requires only basic materials and provides a significant power boost without wasting rare resources needed for skills. 🟢 Prioritize unlocking the Keen Sense and Evasive Roll skills early for essential dodging and countering. For damage, upgrade Armed Combat, Forward Slash, and Turning Slash.
