They disbarred John Eastman for questioning the 2020 election. Now ACLJ is taking his case to the Supreme Court to defend a lawyer’s right to advocate. With the latest declassified docs exposing massive voter data breaches, machine vulnerabilities, and noncitizen registrations the establishment long denied or buried, Eastman was right to demand answers. Questioning election integrity isn’t a crime. Punishing attorneys for doing their job is. Political lawfare happened. It wasn’t the Trump administration doing it. It was the democrats.
