I am so heartbroken.
Israel has just shot my 30-year-old aunt in the chest while she was sitting with her three young children in a school shelter in Jabalia Camp. She is in critical condition; the bullet pierced her chest and exited through her back, devastating her lungs and spleen.
At the moment she was hit, she was holding her one-year-old son. He fell from her lap as she collapsed and was found bleeding from one of his ears.
I just spoke with my uncle, who told me that Israel has been using subsonic bullets lately. He said his sister is the second mother in the camp to be shot in the chest today.
Please pray for her and our family. Her husband was abducted by Israel in November 2024, and we still have no word on his condition.

The greatest crisis facing journalism today is Israel
The apartheid state is the world’s leading murderer of journalists, assassinating courageous reporters from Gaza to Lebanon as a matter of policy and with impunity
In the US, Israeli cutouts like the Ellisons are establishing a monopoly, buying every social and legacy media property possible, to prevent these facts from reaching the public
All across the West, Israel works to destroy the reputations and careers of journalists who demonstrate solidarity with colleagues targeted by its killing machine
In such a dire climate, true independent media is necessarily and explicitly antizionist

“I have never in my quarter of a century in journalism seen a greater effort to criminalize and demonize speaking to people on the other side of America’s wars.”
—Drop Site’s @JeremyScahill spoke to Progressive International’s @VarshaGandikota about Drop Site News being labeled “pro-terrorism” for interviewing Palestinian and Iranian figures. He said that in any society that professes to be democratic, a public has the right to understand the other side of things.

When I gaze at the beauty of nature around the world and can only access it through a phone screen, I ask myself: is it because I was born in a place I didn't choose that I'm forced to endure things no human should ever have to bear or even imagine the horror of?
Just the thought that I might live and die having experienced nothing in life but pain, loss, and tears, while knowing that there's a beautiful side of the world I will never reach because of a geographical coincidence, drives me mad every single day.
It makes me ache even more than the pain I already live through in Gaza.

⚡️Tucker Carlson: Trump Is a “Slave” to Israel, May Be Getting Blackmailed by Netanyahu
Conservative commentator Tucker Carlson publicly accused Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of exerting “extraordinary pressure” on President Donald Trump — pressure he suggested may include blackmail — as Trump attempts to negotiate an end to the war with Iran.
In a BBC interview and in his Morning Note newsletter, Carlson said that Israel has a “storied history of blackmailing U.S. presidents,” including with sexual blackmail such as the alleged 1998 recordings of Bill Clinton. He suggested Trump may be facing a similarly “dark” level of coercion to launch and now continue the war.
Carlson called Trump a “slave” to Israel, saying the president “can’t make his own decisions” and has been “hemmed in by other forces” — noting how the U.S. was “steered” into the Iran war by Netanyahu despite it not serving American interests.
He described the conflict as the “single biggest mistake” of any American presidency in his lifetime and said the pressure on Trump is “dark enough” to force him to abandon his “America First” platform, turning him into “the precise kind of politician he once vowed to destroy.“

💢 After Israel massacred 357 people in a single day in Lebanon, and amid escalating European backlash, pro-Israel accounts have begun “discovering” copies of Adolf Hitler’s autobiography in Lebanon, like they did in Gaza at the height of Israel’s genocide and starvation campaign.
Lebanon’s Health Ministry said Wednesday’s strikes killed 357 and wounded 1,223, part of a wave of attacks that hit around 100 sites across the country within ten minutes, including central Beirut. Since March 2, at least 1,953 people have been killed, more than 6,300 wounded, and roughly 1.2 million displaced.
The strikes came just hours after a U.S.-Iran ceasefire announcement, that was stated to include Lebanon. European leaders have also said the truce should extend to Lebanon. The European Commission condemned the attacks as an “unacceptable threat to civilian lives,” while EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said it is “hard to argue that such heavy-handed actions fall within self-defense.” French officials have called the strikes “disproportionate” and are pushing to reopen discussions on suspending or revising the EU-Israel Association Agreement, with Spain backing calls to suspend the pact outright.

Revising the footage of the attack on our dear colleagues and friends Steve and Ali:
The strike was carried out by an american made GBU-38, carrying a MK-82 500 pounds warhead with 200 pounds of explosives and a 300 pounds of forged steel warhead that was made in purpose to be transformed to thousands of shrapnels upon impact.
What save both of them was a combination of good luck, fast reaction from Steve as an experienced war reporter wearing body armor (should have been wearing his helmet), and the fact that the bomb missed the concrete by some 50 cm and went inside the previous hole and exploded under the bridge, which saved the journalists from the shrapnels and the direct shock wave.

Insane footage! RT correspondants Steve Sweeney and Ali Reda Sbaity, were injured and taken to hospital when the zionist strike on al Qasmiyeh bridge in Tyre region happened an hour ago. This is a double war crime: targeting civilian infrastructure and attacking journalists. They have injuries by shrapnels in their bodies, and they are receiving medical. @SweeneySteve @AliRida_SB
