Some streamers may just not want to collab with you even if you are friends. Not everyone clashes together well on stream even if you do outside of it. And that is perfectly okay. Collab 'no's' are usually not personal.

even as a streamer, i ironically have a difficult time accepting gifts from others. ive always felt that others need it more than i do, so its never an expectation im extremely grateful for how much my community gives me. my ❤️ is very full and warm
