@haram_khor_ @amazonIN I've fallen victim to a scam that's been ongoing since the big sale days. It appears that Amazon India (@amazonIN) hires local vendors to deliver packages, but these vendors often don't make an effort to deliver properly, causing inconvenience to customers.

Dear Amazon Customer Support, @amazonIN I ordered a LaCie Rugged USB-C 4TB Hard Drive on January 21, 2025, and it was supposed to be delivered on January 24, 2025. However, I was away on a 10-day trip to Prayagraj from January 24 to February 7. When I returned home on February 7, I found that I had not received my hard drive, even though the Amazon app shows it as delivered on January 24. I never received any call from the delivery person, and no one at my home received the package either. I immediately contacted Amazon Customer Support and reported the issue, but I was told that the return/refund policy only allows 7 days for reporting such cases. However, I was not at home and had no way to check earlier. Now, I am stuck in an unfair situation where: •I haven’t received the product. •The order status shows “delivered”. •I am not getting a refund or replacement. •I am not even getting the contact details of the delivery person. This is extremely frustrating and unfair. I trusted Amazon, but this experience has wasted my time and money. I request Amazon to investigate this issue properly and provide me with either a refund or a replacement. Please escalate this issue and help me resolve it as soon as possible. @amazonIN Looking forward to a quick and fair response. Best regards, Ganesh Vanare

If some1 plans a 2-5 day trip, it definitely impact their itinerary, efforts, and overall experience,So prioritizing timing is essential

Reasons for rescheduling are: late running on other Railway and received late on Central Railway jurisdiction. further delay due to general maintenance. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.
