its become clear to me there is a disproportionate level of knowledge and understanding towards ai and its capabilities. multiple times a week someone asks me, family or friend, how they can use chatgpt in their business, or what Claude is, or if they automate X and Y. and every single time its the most basic task, something I’ve been using AI for for YEARS. i was early to the ai race, chatGPT beta, cursor beta, Claude before anyone even knew was Claude was (invite only back then). i do have an edge that most don’t, I am part of that 1% i have also used ai in many ways to grow brands and companies to scale way past $1M/arr, from 0, with teams less than ur household members. the power of AI is still in the hands of the 1% so today i am starting my consultancy. i will document the entire process to keep me accountable and prove it can be done. this is day 1.

the TikTok method rlly does work for B2C mobile apps paused all ad spend and rebuilt our funnel from the ground up removed free trial and added a 49.99 lifetime option were now comfortably doing 200usd a day not crazy like everyone you see on Twitter but it’s enough for someone to live off planning our next spring and scaling 9 tt accounts, few ig accounts, yt shorts if we can do this well I’m gonna launch a few more apps and just use the same content style for all of them

@imaadmalikk $200/day from rebuilding the funnel instead of throwing more ad spend at it that's the real lesson. Most people scale the wrong thing. Congrats on finding what actually works.

@JasonBFounder yep all organic multiple accounts = more volume each account is focused on one style of content 3x a day on each volume game to increase probability of viral post

Did this for agent skills github.com/MoizIbnYousaf/… Probably the best route just create a repo and back them up in there, create a install/check script and whenever you add a new plugin/mcp sync it back to the repo new machine clone in I’ve moved to just using a single Claude Config repo and just point at it on my machines

wish my claude code setup would sync plugins and mcps from all my machines so tedious having to install them again on my mac studio after working on my mbp
