@rudekyoni999 *this is only true if you are already established lifter who has his routine. It can happen without overdoin it if you are just starting to lift or when you change your individual exercises because those muscles are not adapted to a movement like that.

@timmyhasagoatee Its irrelevant if you train 6 times a week or 3. All it comes to is if you are actually working out efficiently and if you get enough rest for another workout. You can achieve the same with both. You barely know what gym is, focus on your progress and dont spew nonsense smh.

@based_mike__ @hotiiofficial I have never heard of someone refering to a calisthenics park as a gym. And yes it would be possible even without a park since there are wide variety of exercies even without equipment. Tho it would be ofc harder to get a physique like that. But argue against facts bro 😩🤷🏻

the park equipment is a an outdoor gym.
pull up bars, parallel bars, ect are gym equipment.
no one is getting to this level with pushups and squats without other such equipment
