@EricKillelea @ExpressNews "cautious about disseminating information " it's because they don't have backups. a normal company of their stature would of had backups and we all would of had our corporate emails back. instead we are clowning around with upper management trying to not tank their stock.

@EricKillelea @ExpressNews @ricbrack @Rackspace has done a terrible job of communicating with customers and essentially has held its customers hostage. nice article too bad no one for Rackspace actually reaches out to their customers. Almost 30 days later and still being held hostage...

@Rackspace "At no cost to you, we will be providing you access to Microsoft Exchange Plan 1 licenses on Microsoft 365 until further notice. " This is a vague statement. I think it's time you clarify what this means in the future.

@Rackspace I have called and called and called and no one answers the phone. Rackspace you supposedly put 1000 people on this? Where are they ? I literally wake up in the middle of the night hoping someone will answer and they don’t. Zero communication

@Rackspace Dear Amar this is a not good. I am not sure who advised you to send out this email. We need real updates on the situation, no one is answering the phones, chat is non existent, these "updates" what are they? At least ransomware attackers communicate.

Hosted Exchange outage: Along with M365, a temporary solution allows mail destined for Hosted Exchange to be sent to external emails. Rackers are calling customers, emailing alternate addresses and addressing chats & tickets. Please view status info: bit.ly/3ui4CGk.

@Rackspace It’s been 12 hours please provide updates. No chat support not answering the phones etc is NOT nice. Ur proposed 365 solution doesn’t work for our setup.
