Respected Prime Minister and Respected Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, I am a student residing in Noida, and I would like to bring an issue to your attention. My mother has an LPG connection with an Indane gas agency Sarni Indane Agency, located in Behlolpur, Sector 63, Noida. For nearly 30 days, we were unable to book a cylinder due to a shortage. Yesterday, our LPG supply was exhausted, so I immediately booked a refill through Indane. The booking was successful, and as per the guidelines, I also completed the payment via UPI. However, when I visited the agency today to collect the cylinder, the staff refused to provide it. When I tried to ask for clarification, they behaved rudely and did not give any proper response. While at the agency, I discreetly asked a staff member about availability, and he informed me that 5 kg and 10 kg cylinders were in stock. It appears that these smaller cylinders are being distributed selectively to certain individuals, while others like us are denied supply. The situation is very difficult. The staff openly tell customers that if we have a problem, we should cancel our connection and go elsewhere. We have already paid for the cylinder, yet we are being denied delivery and treated disrespectfully. Without LPG, we cannot cook food, and in an urban area like Noida, arranging alternative cooking methods is not practical. It is unfair that we must face such hardship and humiliation for something we have already paid for. I humbly request you to look into this matter. Kindly ensure that the agency provides cylinders fairly and that staff members are instructed to behave properly with customers. We depend on this essential service, and such treatment causes serious inconvenience. I sincerely request your intervention and assistance. At Deo Mandir during Chhath Festival, devotees are moving in huge numbers, but VIP and official vehicles are being allowed inside the crowd. This is creating serious obstruction, congestion, and safety risks for common devotees. Chhath is a people’s festival. Movement of VIP vehicles in dense devotee areas is dangerous and unfair. VIP darshan should not disrupt public darshan. Requesting Bihar Police and concerned administration to immediately: • Stop VIP/official vehicle entry near dense devotee zones • Ensure clear pedestrian-only pathways • Allow equal and safe darshan for all devotees • Deploy additional crowd management personnel Kindly take urgent action before any mishap occurs.
